STATEMENT

Hotel Tabor Maribor respects the guests’ privacy and treats their personal data according to the valid regulations of General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR. The gathered personal data will not be forwarded to third persons or used for other purposes the guests agreed with. Personal data can be revealed only based on legal basis, for the purpose of public safety, for preventing, investigating, discovering and persecuting criminal offence, in case of investigation or protection from the act that could cause harm to the company.

THE PURPOSE OF GATHERING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The users give the necessary data for the purpose of inquiry, reservation, check-in to the hotel, communication, informing and marketing. This way they agree with their personal data processing for the chosen purpose or for the service.

NECESSARY PERSONAL DATA

- Inquiry, reservation and communication: for this purpose we need name and surname, contact information (phone number and/or e-mail address) and the age of children

- Check-in to the hotel: for this purpose necessary and for accommodation in the hotel obligatory and legally required are the personal data from each guests’ personal document: name and surname, date of birth, place of birth, type of personal document, number of personal document and country.

- E-news subscription, informing about current affairs and special offers and marketing: in this purpose, a user fills in the form on the website with their e-mail address, which they want to get the notifications on or they check the this option as they send inquiry.

TIME OF RETENTION

We keep the data until their purpose is due, until the guest or user makes the request for their data erase or until the cancellation of their agreement with their data processing or until the expiry of the legally prescribed retention period.

GUEST'S/USER'S RIGHTS

Users/guests have the right to the access to their personal data, to correction, to oblivion or erasure, to transference, cancellation of the agreement, to objection of their personal data use and to information according to GDPR. These rights can be limited only on the applicable law.

GUEST'S/USER'S AGREEMENT

Hotel Tabor Maribor processes personal data according to the user's agreement based on the GDPR point (a) article 6(1).

Users agree with their data processing, collecting, saving and managing, as they give their data. They give permission for their data to be processed in accordance to the purpose and time they have been collected. Also, they confirm that they have been notified about their rights.
